I still don’t know how I had the audacity to think I would be able to manage rotis, but it’s not hard at all! This video by Manjula’s Kitchen is really excellent, just ONE CAVEAT – double check the amount of WATER in the recipe. The ingredients are listed in the user information, and it’s a bit different from what she says in the video. Other than that, 10 out of 10!
