Enchilada Sauce
Ingredients
- 3 cups chicken broth
- 3 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 tbsp avocado oil
- 1 tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- 2 tbsp chili powder
- ½–1 tsp cayenne pepper (to taste)
- ½ tsp cumin
- ½ tsp oregano
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp white vinegar
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- salt to taste
Instructions
- Put all ingredients in a pot.
- Whisk everything together.
- Simmer until flavours blend.
